dc.description.abstractKnowledge management has an important contribution to understanding how intangible assets can form the basis of a competitive strategy, as well as for the identification of strategic assets that will ensure superior results for the company in the future. As the business environment, in health are developed the same management processes, with some differences that area requires, but the same concept. The aim of this study was to survey some practical knowledge management proposed by the Ministry of Health and present in public health in Brazil and check the knowledge of them by the public health managers in two municipalities of Rio Grande do Sul.en
