dc.description.abstractThis document aims present a project to implement a restaurant and pub in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, strategically located in the northern of Porto Alegre city. The project encompasses from local choose until the inauguration of the enterprise. The project management methodology used here is deeply grounded in the nine areas of practice management projects proposed by PMI (Project Management Institute), which in turn are described in the PMBOK ® GUIDE.en
