Abstract

This body of work has the objective of demonstrating the development management of franchised hotels for the company Desenvolvedora W. It is described in this document the scope, evaluation of costs, execution time, involved resourses, quality methodologies, used process, comunication methods ans risks for the fulfilment of this project, and other definitions relevant to the activity. This Project became necessary because of the high demand for hotel ventures in Brazil and the otimization of hotel development management. The presented project in this document was executed adopting the project management thecniques presented in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PmBok Guide – 4th Edition) of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
