dc.description.abstractThrough this case study, this research identifies and maps out the main end-toend processes of a law firm. As a result of interview sessions and survey questionnaires applied to current employees, we identified the leading indicators and measurement of success of the main processes that impacts the final service experience. The findings allowed us to propose changes to specific parts of the processes that can increase efficiency, all within the limitations of the organization.en
