dc.description.abstractThis case study was carried out in the cutting department of the small footwear industry located in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre - RS and aimed to demonstrate that it is possible to make Work Ergonomic Analysis and prevent, resolve or minimize the risks to the health of the worker constructively and participatory through SOBANE Methodology. The result of the pre-diagnosis done with the use of the Guide DEPARIS was the identification and remediation of the main problems of the sector evaluated, enabling solutions quickly and of low cost but that effectively improve the working conditions in addition to introducing ,undertaking a systematic strategy for risk assessment and consequently the formation of a safety culture.en
