Abstract

The goal of this paper is to present a new service channel to a Call Center that performs debt collection for medium and large companies in the market. By creating a mobile application on Android platform to create a new alternative for debtors to have access to their debts and a way to trade them straight from your smartphone. As a result it was possible to offer this new channel validating that the device is authorized, creating reminders of appointments, negotiating and receiving data securely. This work will allow more borrowers have access to trade their debts and that businesses have opportunities to recover overdue amounts without triggering these debtors by phone, SMS or other forms of contact.
