The social, economic and dietary habit changes are some reasons for the growing number of patients with chronic diseases, especially heart disease. Thus, it is the imminent need for stricter monitoring to assure patients’ quality of life by reducing, if possible, the level of mortality of cardiac patients. This work tries to meet this need by designing a proactive multiagent system and applying data mining techniques for data classification and retrieval of patient medical records to identify a possible worsening of the disease.en
