| dc.description.abstract | In this study, strategies and operations developed by João Carlos Maciel’s program, from Medianeira AM Radio station, in Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul, have been investigated so that they could operate a structure which has directed the maintenance of a social assistance project. Under the scope of the problem of research, we attempted to answer how a social mediatization device is structured from the operations that involve the actor’s performance, as well as his interactions with radiophone, politics and social assistance logic. This research aimed to describe these operations from problematizing the mediatization. In addition, this study was realized during a doctor’s degree, from 2009 until April this year, having multiple techniques as the methodology, emphasizing ethnographic concepts and case studies. Thus, the main results of this research have evidenced that actions coming from the field of media, to be more precisely, the effects of dynamics of operations carried out by the actor, inside the radiophone device, move subjects that aggregate when providing sense to a determined social, through processes in constant re-elaboration. In order to actualize the actions addressing the social project proposal and making it work, via radio, the importance of the actor’s performance has been evidenced, the communicator João Carlos Maciel. Still, he has been in the main operation of the device, when managing media operations that have not only been restricted to the internal context of the apparatus. Therefore, the actions provided in the operative context of the device, inserted in society, spread out to other subjects, constituting, as an effect, a network. | en |
