dc.description.abstractThis paper intends to examine the anthropocentrism in environmental constitutional law, the possibility of the overcome the anthropocentrism in modern philosophy through the Heidegger philosophy. This study seeks to verify the method of interpretation of the rules and principles in environmental matters, and, thus, examine the doctrinal foundations, legal and case law that determine the protective role of the environment as well as compensation for environmental damage and the existence hierarchy between restoration and payment of compensation.en
