| dc.description.abstract | The general objective of this work is to identify, analyze and work out the problems inherent to the educational project in the area of Work Psychology and the way Psychology Courses are organized. The research is situated in the Education and Work studies and focuses, specifically, the education in the Work and Enterprise Psychology area of the Psychology Course of the Universidade Regional Integrada do Alto Uruguai e das Missões - URI. The investigation was qualitative. For the data collecting, semi-structured interviews have been undertaken and also documents which belong to the Course of Psychology. Five former graduates have taken part in the research, aged between 27 and 35. The time the former graduate students took to finish their course varied from 5 to 10 years and all of them have been working in the area of Work psychology and Enterprise psychology between 4 and 9 years.
